6. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. For larger installations, a deposit may be required prior to scheduling. Invoices not paid within 30 days may be subject to a late fee.
7. Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with a service, contact us within 30 days and we will return to address the issue at no additional charge, provided the issue is related to our original work.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Air Marshall Cooling & Heating, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Santa Rosa County, Florida.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
